REC

The REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) is the only professional body dedicated to representing the UK recruitment industry. The REC's membership is made up of over 8,000 recruitment agencies and businesses (corporate members) and 6,000 recruitment professionals (individual members).

The REC is committed to raising standards in recruitment and their Code of Professional Practice is binding on all corporate members. REC qualifications are key to promoting recruitment as a profession and all Individual Members must work to their Code of Ethics.

As a member, Dutton International adheres to the Codes of Practice set and the standards that candidates and clients should expect when using an REC Member. This ensures jobseekers and employers receive the highest recruitment standards at all times.

EIC

The EIC is the lead organisation for UK companies that supply services and goods to the energy industry worldwide. Membership enables Dutton International to maintain contact with other EIC member companies, in particular Operators and Contractors in all energy sectors thereby providing us with the tools capable of identifying and maximising business opportunities worldwide.  We are kept up to date via weekly news bulletins and monthly newsletters containing industry news and articles of interest across the energy sectors. This intelligence service is fundamental to us being able to assist our clients with our recruitment services at the right time and at the right place.


FPAL

FPAL works to identify, qualify, evaluate, and monitor suppliers on behalf of its purchasing members.  FPAL support buyer/supplier communities in the oil & gas industry, creating an effective Supply Chain network.  Our services for professional procurement help create opportunities for business and reduce risk in the supply chain. FPAL is a key tool used by Oil and Gas purchasers to identify and select current & potential suppliers when awarding contracts or purchase orders. The FPAL database allows client to see customer feedback and project history.

It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies, it prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met and is designed and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made by any process anywhere in the world


ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses. It prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption. Implementing an Environmental Management System is a systematic way to discover and control the effects our company has on the environment. Cost savings can be made through improved efficiency and productivity. These are achieved by detecting ways to minimise waste and dispose of it more effectively and by learning how to use energy more efficiently. It verifies compliance with current legislation.


OHSAS18001

OHSAS 18001 is the internationally recognized assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems. It was developed by a selection of leading trade bodies, international standards and certification bodies to address a gap where no third-party certifiable international standard exists. An OHSMS promotes a safe and healthy working environment by providing a framework that allows our organization to consistently identify and control its health and safety risks, reduce the potential for accidents, aid legislative compliance and improve overall performance.

ECIA

The Engineering Construction Industry Association (ECIA) is the principal trade and employer Association for the UK engineering construction industry.
